- Identification of the material: Describe the material that has been removed or disabled and where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information: Provide your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement of accuracy: Include a statement that the information in your counter-notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to restore the material.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the counter-notice.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice or counter-notice, we will follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA, which may include removing or restoring the allegedly infringing material.
3. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices about a user’s content, we may suspend or terminate that user’s access to the Site.
